“Immediately upon working with Alia, it is so obvious that she has such a passion as a personal trainer and to see me achieve my health goals - both in eating well and exercise.
Alia is very resourceful in her knowledge of nutrition (and the effects on the body) and exercise.
Most importantly at my age (53) is "how" to exercise without hurting myself. She has worked patiently in making sure the yoga and Pilates positions I do are correct so I achieve maximum benefits. She even does the exercises too.
Hiring Alia as your personal trainer is a great investment towards your success in a healthy lifestyle of eating well and exercise.”
